Car appears way under priced . The email address links to a corp in NC that was founded in 2008. There's a PDF you can find on google from around 2009 from some conference that a person names Ken used with that email address and the same corp name.
The corp appears to be dissolved based on a quick search on its name. If so, not sure why they would still be using the email.
At first blush, the above would point to it possibly being legit and worth a call. Wish I was closer.
