I have driven several new 911s. The dealer had a big PCA club event when the 996 was first introduced. Heck I drove a brand new 928 when they were first introduced. That was when the dealer was a super nice guy and really supported the club. The current dealer does not even like the PCA as far as I know.
I am sure that new 911 will loose more dollars in value in the next few years than my car is worth and my car is still going up in price. I just can't wrap my brain around paying the price of a new Porsche. The base model of the 911 has a MSRP of $84,300
The "Turbo is $151K
and the Turbo S is $182K
