What state do you purchase the car in? Lemon Law rules are controlled by the states.
AFAIK, there are the automatic qualifications, for example in CA 4 or more visits uncorrected, or 2 visits for a serious safety defect uncorrected, or cumulatively 30 days or more in the shop during the Lemon Law period, which I believe is the factory warranty period. And I don't think you have to qualify under the automatic rules to prevail. You've had so many problems that I'd think you'd win. Let me know what state you bought the car in and I'll try to talk to my guy, who used to say he could handle out of state cases, but has been unreachable lately.
