With my IBS I've discovered you just really can't tell what a bathroom is going to be like. When you just gotta go now you don't get to be too choosy. Some that you would think would be nice and clean are nasty pits, and some of the dumpiest looking places actually have a nice clean restroom. Have surprised on many occasions where really nice restaurants have horrible restrooms.

One of the most surprising was a dumpy looking quick stop place in a seedy part of FT Worth. The place did not look very clean and there were bums, prostitutes, and a pimp hanging around in the parking lot. Just HAD to go. Inside the store looked kind of dingy too. Braced myself to have to do an air drop. But, it was one of the nicest cleanest restrooms I've been to on the road.
