I feel like color choice combinations are where Porsche enthusiasts are lacking. I've been thinking of creating some examples to illustrate what's possible while maintaining the accepted 901 aesthetic. I'm not talking about wild paint jobs, but rather the magic of color combinations, ratios, psychology and the utilization of how our minds perceive color. Elegant subtlety is the answer.
Yellow and black are "safe" and by that I mean boring. Nothing says "the short bus" louder.
Yellow red/orange says: Do you want fries with that? The fast food industry uses this combination to make people feel uneasy and leave to turn tables faster. Psychology is important.
Yellow is a spectacular color and an amazing opportunity.
