They put an ad on mobile.de or similar car sales place. The price of the car is way below the expected market value of the car. After a while (half a day or so) the ad disappears. The potential buyers gets a bit down because they missed the opportunity on the nice car. A short while after the ad disappeared you get a sms from the "seller" saying: "the car is still for sale, please mail me
xxxxx@gmail.com" or similar. The buyer gets happy again because he "won" the car back.... When you send a mail to the address you get an answer:
