I dunno. Its not a lot of money for a SWB. Yes the changes are less desirable (the reproduction RS bumper) and the knee pad is weak (needs the stuffing corrected behind the vinyl - even more than re-glue) but really this is on par for $29k.
Those look to be repo 4.5 Fuchs, but if they are real then that helps the value right?
