why not sue all the other car manufacturers for making cars with sub par performance when they get in a wreck since we can sue for having too much performance
how many mini vans have you seen flip on the highway?
we have a chevy equinox at work that is so underpowered it IS dangerous. not to mention the HUGE "A" pillars at the windshield that block your view of on coming traffic from the sides.
I can imagine what would happen if I took the same turn in the equinox at the same speed I do in the 930 (100mph) leaving work. can I sue chevy when I get in a wreck because I can do it in the 930 without wrecking.
