It's a judgement call. I may be wrong. There seems to be two totally different kinds of "patina" present.
The smooth edges, paint damage due to dents, and subtle color changes on the fenders look authentic to me.
The jagged edges, abrupt changes near the panel edges, and strange way the paint is worn through doesn't look like anything that wind or sun would have done. Just MHO.
