I think so, as the last 6 months of car sales are full of the 70's rust, 80's cheese and 90's cream puffs....
The happens in all booming markets, the thin area under the bell curve, the outliers, start to get their air time....
- 912's with 934 body kits and the 616 in the back
- 911's with Kremer K3 935 conversions on a targa
- Home brew Targa to Cab conversions
- The brightest and most obnoxious paint colors and combinations
- Historical rust bucket - #124 of 7236 that were gemini blue that year!!!
- Brokers with no clue that a flat 6 is a wee bit different than a V6 - just a tad
- 89 Cab with 1/10th of a mile, triple white, dealer mats and original flat spotted tires
- Aged race cars that can be "converted back to street"
We have reached the bottom of the barrel....and I think the peak.
Anyone want to sell me a long hood for less than $25K again?
