Feeler and Pricing advice for 3.2ss I'm considering selling

Hi guys, I am looking for a little advice on price for my motor I am about to post up for sale. It is a 3.2SS Not really a long block because the only thing it doesn’t have on it is the intake. All that described below. I’ve seen what various versions of 3.0l motors go for around here and all of the related uncertainty related to build/rebuild dates, running or not, documentation etc… But this one has none of that uncertainty and I built it with a spare nothing approach. It’s not my first rodeo either. I have pics of the entire build, receipts for almost everything I put in it or on it, fellow Pelicans I share shop space with that have ridden in my car and even driven it and know this motor well.

the full description is below as well as some of the pics I was planning to use. I’ve spoken to me other folks who are currently having a 3.2ss built and they are all telling me they are in those for 25k. I’d like to sell it quick but not lowball quick so I was thinking 19K. If the buyer was in the Atlanta area I have the facilities to help with the install as well.

Let me know what you think. I didn’t want this to appear one of those “laughing at asking prices thread” we have going on around here.

Thanks!

Robbie

1st the obvious thing- This is more than a long block and contains literally everything you need except intake.
I ran 46mm PMOs on this and the dyno results were done with that setup. Buy a set and bolt them on and you are done. I’ll give you all the jetting & choke sizes I was using too. Based on the size of the in and out ports as well as the cams and 1-3/4 headers, this thing would probably benefit well from even 50mm carbs or EFI. I say that also because when we tuned it we kept adding bigger jets until we ran out and it was still looking for more- like a hungry monster.

Built in 2014 and the motor has around 3,500 miles on it. Single Plugged runs and happy on pump gas. Never been raced and never been on track. It has of course been opened up and well enjoyed in that spirited way it should driven.
Dyno tuned- 252.10 HP and 224.32 TQ at the the wheels. -Dyno attached

Started from open case- cleaned cleaned cleaned and then cleaned some more… Every component in there was cleaned with that kind of attention. I spent easily 10 times more hours and $ cleaning it then I did actually assembling.
All components measured for tolerances
All gaskets, bearings, seals, chains, any thing with gears or teeth replaced if any prior signs of wear. All case and valve covers hardware replaced with new. All mounting studs for all hardware either replaced or chased. Most replaced as it was easier. Nothing leaks, no weird noises, and flat out a blast to drive. Power comes on around 3k and never stops.

All head studs are steel and OEM new
Rods inspected and pin bearings replaced by Ollies.
ARP Rod Bolts
All rocker arms replaced where needed and all rocker bushings are new. New Oil seals on each.
Spray bars replaced with new.
98mm Cylinders from EBS Racing
98mm JE Pistons- 9:8:1
DC40 cams- power comes on hard around 3k and just keeps going until you stop
Carrera 3.2 head-with a little massaging + built with new seals, guides, springs retainers...
Stomski Racing solid tensioners.
New alt with internal VR
Magnecor plug cables
MSD coil and CDI
Single Plugged Dizzy and runs happily on pump gas.
New Clutch & Pressure plate.
All engine tin, fan housing, and mount bar Powder coated black.
1-3/4" headers.
