Sooo...the fun began. We knew this car was going to be a project, we knew it had electrical issues, we knew it had rust. What we didn't know is that it had a fuel leak!!! I woke up the next morning to FOUL old gas smell filling up my garage. I don't think there is a worse smell (other than gear oil). The car immediately went up on the ramps and the joy of removing the gas tank began. As I type this I can still smell that odor!
Is this even gas anymore??...add cleaning/sealing the tank and new lines to the list!
