This is an unusual car. It's rare that a low mileage 911 that seems to be well cared for is simply thrown into a garage and forgotten about for 12 years. Usually that happens to the beaters only.

Needs engine reseal and mold issues addressed; these are the expensive items. Not sure if the interior is salvageable? The rust is odd on a low mileage car. Really need to double check for more under it.

With no mold and running, could be an upper $40k car. The mold is scary. As it sits now assuming original paint is still in good condition, I'd say $20k or so.
