You'll want to wipe the hard drive anyway... no telling what may be lurking in there.
If you *really* need to get in there - ie, it was your grandma and her will is on there, family pics, etc. you can reset the password using the NTPasswd disk -
NTPasswd — Reset Windows Administrator Password
