Thank you all for the kind words.

It is a sweet looking ride, yesterday I joined a bunch of GT4 owners for a spirited drive on the back roads leading to Lime Rock (and mostly managed to keep up with them ) and I received a lot of compliments. One of them said, you're the only one driving a real Porsche, which I found quite funny!

In reality though like I said the car is highly imperfect... I'd say at this point it's a 6.5 out of 10 but I'm sure we will improve with some time, and patience and dollars.

A few things I noticed so far: Targa top is sketchy. Engine lid doesn't close shut properly. Some mother****er stripped the leather off the steering wheel. Becker mexico radio is long gone, replaced by a modern one with some big ass speakers in the door panels. Door pockets are shot. Visors are puffy. Needs new door seals. Speedo randomly starts oscillating, then it stops, than it starts again, without any apparent logic. There's some rotational noise coming from somewhere in the front that seems somewhat synchronized with the speedo oscillation. Dash lights are wired wrong, for example when you activate the left blinker the right arrow on the dash blinks and vice versa. The clock doesn't work. Plus the gentleman that re-inspected the car mentioned something about the fuel lines and the brake lines and a couple other things, I have his notes somewhere. Hopefully there won't be much more than that.
