Split personality - black wheels matter

Apparently ol' Tuxedo (yes my girls name all our cars ) likes being able to choose its personality for whatever suits it ... black by night, polished by day.

Definitely transforms the car.

To each their own......but personally, I've never liked all black, it just makes the wheel/tire combo look too heavy and removes all detail.
A little splash of silver/chrome/polished aluminum or something, brings out the needed detail aspect.

Agree with Full Quack. 9 times out of 10, all-black wheels don't look good. But if the OP likes them that way, that's all that matters.

Those wheels look familiar:

I like the more original look on the Porsche.

Agree agree!

In the northeast where I once lived, awful black steel wheels with snow tires was the norm once old man winter rolled in and it ruined the look of the cars..that's the mental image I still have today when I see a sold black wheel.

930s look amazing with a polished step lip.

Mark I’ve been looking at pics of your car for years and it simply looks bad a**!
