Fuel system Setup 964 Turbo

Aloha,

I'm working on the fuel system for my 964 Turbo project and would very much be happy about your expertise!

Frage 1: Keep fuel filter in tank or place outside tank for maintenance?

Frage 2: Where to place pump and filter, if using a seperate filter?

Frage 3: Return line, stock or AN6 or smaller? Planning AN8 to engine.

Frage 4: PTFE lines or something else recommended?

Plan as mentioned is to use AN8/D-8 PTFE lines i.e. Goodridge 600er Series https://www.isa-racing.com/fahrzeugtechnik/leitungssysteme/ptfe-schlauchsysteme/

Das ganze Sytem inkl. Tank bis zu den Einspritzdüsen wird erneut. Momentan bin ich dabei Tank bis Benzinfilter hinten zu planen mit der primären Problematik rund um den Platz beim Tank.

As may be obvious, I will have to replace everything from tank to the fuel injectors and back.

Stock fuel Filter has a M37x1,5 fitting, which is large enough, but the line out may be too small?? Im not sure of the size?

Filter:

Location: Pos 27

Pump: Pos 1

My Fuelab pump is just a bit larger than the stock unit, hence I wanted to use the same setup using banjo bolt towards the engine and a 180° bend towards the fuel tank, IF I find a suitable fuel filter. Otherwise I'm not sure yet how I would fit a non-stock fuel filter. You can see my fuel tank hiding a little on the left below all the wires.

Size comparison
