Is this a manual boost controller ??

Been trying to follow these two lines I thought they were for vacuum the first one went to the intake manifold and had a t in it for the tell tale boost gauge the second line went to the rear end and just had a plug in it.

That is a manual boost controller, likely manufactured by Paragon Products.

Is is possible to buy a dial to replace the plastic dial, it doesn’t actually turn, the plastic doesn’t grab it will come right off of the controller
