Slant Nose Oil Lines, where can they be sourced/made?

Hi, I have a factory Slant with the oil cooler in front of the passenger rear tire and I put the car on the lift to solve a fuel pump issue and noticed this line is leaking, even spraying oil onto the heat exchanger.

I have been smelling burning oil recently and now know why.

In the pic below it's the soaked line that goes to the thermostat. The connection at the thermostat has a small 90 degree hard line.

Does anyone know where to source them or know someone who can make these?

Any help is always appreciated!

Happy New Year!
Sean

Appreciate it,if I can't find one I am thinking I may take it to Mr Hose here in LA, they made a transmission line for my truck and specialize in making custom hoses/lines.
