All the parts in place a few items still on the punch list then the engine comes to me to add the ancillaries

Waiting on 2 items the clips for the engine cooling tin and the crankcase vent modified to accept my turbo scavenge oil.

As of right now I will get my engine Tuesday and hope to have it back in the car by the weekend. Wish me luck the last delay was caused by dc auto not promptly sending parts not included in the order this happened to me the last time I ordered from them 15 years ago and it took me weeks to get the parts already paid for they wanted me to pay shipping for their screw up and I said no so the fight was on. Anybody know of a good dismantler since Oklahoma foreign went out of business

Just got a confirmation that my engine will be coming back to me Tuesday and I have a plan to reinstall on Friday with the help of my son in law

Its not quiet but not super loud either its a hooligan from Brian aka RarlyL8

First start will have to be next weekend I have to order some parts so I can putter around on it now no rush to start. But got 12 quarts of oil in it and it cranked real easy and oil pressure came up to 20 lbs pretty quick

Yea it started! Still have issues to work through but first start is done. Will make a video of it next time it starts

The first initial start where you keep the rpms at 2500 for the first 20 min?
