964 Turbo Engine
I am not so familiar with turbo engines. I just noticed that the enigine in my 964 turbo still has a fuel distributor much like he older 930s. Does this mean that I have the incorrect engine on my 964?

No, the 965 still utilizes CIS for fuel.

It is mostly the same with some engine changes over the years with cis injection still. There were some changes between the 89 mod and the 91 mod,as the 89 mod up to jan. of 90 had the930/68 engines. the 91 came out with the, m30/69 engines 97mm bore x 74mm stroke with stainless steel head gaskets, larger intercooler and larger turbo with a 7.0:1 compression ratio.
