930 Engine "Help Please"!
Hi Guys!!
A good friend is building a mid 80's 930 engine and has a brand new set of 3.3 full finned o-ringed cylinders. Has anyone used these on an early 930 engine? If so, do you use the copper base gasket by itself or with o-ring, or with just the o-ring?? Thanks for any help on this topic. Clark

I think you may need to have grooves cut into the case for a proper seal. They appear to be 964 P/C and were used the help sealing issues in early 964 models. I would call Ollies in Lake Havassu for suggestions
