Thank-you all for your replies to date. I chose the SC cams at the advice of Chris Carrol from Turbokraft and John Dougherty from DC Cams. I am not looking for peaky power, but, lots of streetable torque. Spool time is more important to me than peak horsepower, as I do not plan to track the car and don't anticipate a significant amount of time spent on boost. Don't get me wrong, I love horsepower and the bragging rights associated with it....but I want a motor that will live and provide a much broader power band than is traditionally associated with the other cams mentioned.
