Dyno Sheet Requests

I'm having my motor dyno'd and tuned following a rebuild of my own doing.

Interested to see if anyone has some engine Dyno sheets from a motor of similar shape and size so I can benchmark what I'm seeing from my shop.

3.3L
Stock Ports
Single Plug
SC Cams
GT35R turbo
1.0B

Thanks,

Maybe one on this nine page thread is similar to yours?

Here is the dyno from the same build as yours. I was also running an after market filter/intake and an Andial IC.http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1350139460.gif

Thanks man... let me ask you a dumb question... what are the two sets of numbers on each side? Also was that on an engine or chassis dyno?

Hukdunfoniks 10-13-2012 12:49 PM

This was a chassis dyno measuring wheel horse power. The two numbers are hp and lbft or torque.

That's what i was afraid of... I'm only seeing about 350 at the crank on my build. Waiting for the shop to complete a compression check now.

What IC are you using?

Kokeln

Headers, exhaust?

930LDR 10-14-2012 08:25 PM

B&b headers. Rarlyl8 exhaust.

You should be seeing 350 at the wheels.

That was my thought as well. I'm hoping the explanation may be too low of compression. Not so much because I'm looking forward to the expense to remedy that but because its an identifiable issue. Deck height was probably the one area I most likely could have made a mistake in my measurements. I was very focused on making sure that there was piston clearance but didn't confirm actual height. I'm used new factory 3.3 P&Cs.

Post your dyno so we can take a look at it.

I would start w a compression test.
