Finally got mine all set and on the road. This was my father's (purchased new in '86). Car has 27,000 original miles. I'll be doing a more comprehensive write up, including my positive experience with PowerTech in Rockaway, NJ.

Nice that your car was your Father's. In the last picture you can barely make out a small bit of hair. That's my 4 year old boy riding shotgun with his old man!

Now that's what it's all about! Took my 10 yo son and his buddy for a ride yesterday (fortunately, his buddy is short..hahaha). Your car is absolutely killer!

My dad just shared this picture from way back in the day - makes me smile...the picture that follows it is the evening of my prom...





Here's the car from this morning, pre-wipe down.



And, here's the car when we were getting it out from 'storage' - the shop, PowerTech, said they must have pulled 1 lb of acorns from the car. Needless to say, I had them do a full, and I mean full, inspection for any wire or other issues...haha

The little beast last Fall at TPC Sawgrass for the Ponte Vedra Car Show. Right after the show I had the B&B Headers+Exhaust and the K-27 HFS put on. Wow! What a difference.

I'd had headers and a K-27 since the mid 90's. When I went to the K-27HFS and a fab speed muffler it felt like another 30-50hp. Not sure but seat of the pants.Really Really made a noticeable difference. Kind of like the huge boost surge of an old K-26, then another one.
