fresh air blower motor
The PP listing for a new motor is unclear for a 77 930. So the salesman and I agree that I should take the screaming existing one out first so that I buy the correct new one.
Any advice here? What troubles will I face getting the old one out?

Talk to Griff at Griffiths, Kuehl, Porsche Air Conditioning, compressors, condensors, receiver driers, evaporators, barrier hoses, expansion valves, Behr, Nippondenso, Kuehl, Seltec, Sanden, York, refrigerant, R134a, R12, 911, 912, 914, 924, 928, 944, 951, 968, 993,
He'll get you pointed in the right direction... i changed out all of the a/c components on my a/c system. the blower motor is not a problem, you will, however need to remove the top of the blower box to get to it...

Its pretty easy, the biggest thing is getting those bleeping clips off and back on. If I remember right you need to pay attention to the location of the wire when you pull the old one out and orient the new one the same way. Disconnect the flex hoses first of course. If I can do this anybody can.
