fresh air blower motor

The PP listing for a new motor is unclear for a 77 930. So the salesman and I agree that I should take the screaming existing one out first so that I buy the correct new one.

Any advice here? What troubles will I face getting the old one out?

Its pretty easy, the biggest thing is getting those bleeping clips off and back on. If I remember right you need to pay attention to the location of the wire when you pull the old one out and orient the new one the same way. Disconnect the flex hoses first of course. If I can do this anybody can.
