1984 935 DP 5 Speed Euro Spec...
My brother just bought this '84 935 DP Eurospec 5 speed, hasn't been registered since '03, looks to be all OG. I've sent it to DP and the 935 registry to get some more info, if anybody here knows anything about it, please share. Pretty cool car...
Thanks! Frankie ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

What an insane car.
DP has a pretty active Facebook page if you haven't seen it. |

Thanks for the tip on the Facebook page, I didn't know that. My brother isn't very internet savvy, he's 66 and pretty much just emails, lol.
I'm hoping DP can shed some light on the suspension and engine myself. The car was actually purchased from Bode Miller! I think he told my brother it had around 480hp, I'll post the Zimmerman tag on fb today and see if I can get an answer. Haven't heard anything from the email I sent. Glad you guys like it, my brother finds cool stuff all the time but this one really caught my eye, he was shocked I knew what it was immediately. I'll update this thread as I find out more info. |

So dP was an independent mfg, like Ruf?
I assume so, because I see that VIN plate which is quite different from stock.

Are those 335's or 345's on the rears?

DP is a tuner, not a independent manufacturer. At some point, they started numbering their conversions. The cars were built to customer spec, choose the options you want from the option list.
345 if Pirelli 335 if Michelin TB. 285 Yokohama

What gumbo said, tires are 345's. The car has the Porsche VIN plate too.
Apparently In '84 the 3.3L twin plug was a an option for $20500 DM, the body kit Was $60000 DM plus the cost of the car. DP is lagging on a response. |
