Value of a kremer
What is an 82 slantnose Kremer with 55k miles worth? I am thinking about selling it. The last time I asked people wanted a picture so here is a picture.

I'd say maybe around $30,000-$50,000. Is it a factory Slantnose? If it is, it would be worth much more.

One of my buddies told me turbos are hot right now but if it is only worth 30-50 I will just put it back in storage.

Well, that was just my guess, I bet it's worth a lot more. Yes, 930's as well as the old 911's are hot right now, so it's a good time to sell.

I really don't know how many Porsche slantnose parts are used in the Kremer's. That is such an ultra-ultra rare car it's hard to put a value on it, but I would guess 55-60K may be close. Kremer certainly has a good name in the Werkes department for Porsche racing. I think paperwork is going to mean a ton in terms of proof of Kremer provenance. It could be a swing of $15K, imho.

Well a good early 930 is worth 80-130k
Is your Kremer rarer than them? if so add more value i guess?

Interesting, so what is Kremer about this car?
It does not have a Kremer body conversion, mirrors tail, fenders etc.. are the panels steel. Engine mods?

I bought it from Kremer about 30 years ago. It has all the engine work. It is a steel body. You are thinking about DP Motorsport cars that have the body kits.
If I decide to sell it I will let you guys know. |

rufporschecar,
So it's a Kremer 930 with a slantnose modification that was added later?

I thought maybe that was an all steel body.. and wondered if it was the engine that had been tweaked by Kremer. Larger IC, Cams, twin plug? I previously owned a Kremer with body kit though non-turbo. A close friend has a couple and one is full kit while the other is all steel, non slant w/engine and suspension mods. Both DP and Kremer offered the body kits.. they were made by DP for Kremer, the two are slightly different in some details. Good luck should you decide to sell.

I think tony would be the guy to help properly value this car. I also suspect that the long term ownership and ability to document will add value as well. I think we will need more pictures to better understand the mods and the current condition.
I am pretty certain the calls for a $30-40k valuation are well off base but again, I think tony would be best to provide real market guidance. best, |

I believe the Kremer conversions like the DP conversions were based on the mods the customer wanted, choose from a long list of options. To determine the value you'd need to see what options the car came with. The original receipt from Kremer listing all the options would push up the price more.
