Blinker is Blinking 5X per Second?

Recently, my left and right blinker have begun to blink at a very high rate [including the hazards]. I notice all of my bulbs are working, but the blinking is at high rate.

It seems this happened in the past and was due to a bulb not being in good contact in the socket. That all seems fine, now...

Should I be looking at the blinker relay? Grounding Issue? Thanks guys!

Once all contacts and bulbs are good with clean contacts, the flasher could be dying.

It's behind the brake booster IIRC.

I'm now thinking it may have to do with the LED's in installed some months back. The quick flashing wasn't a problem back then, but now it is...

I purchased a specialized relay for LED installs. I'll post back when I get it installed.

Thanks!
