I love the CCWs but yes, to modern and to big for the look I am going for. Some 15s with P7 Corsa tires and some white lettering will be the cherry!

Wow! Amazing workmanship. I especially like the interior. I agree on the wheels as well, Nice, but a little out of place. The ones you posted will look the part for sure. I'm curious about the paint. Is it a Porsche color ? Looks similar to Rolland's (profighter) which IIRC is a VW color.
And yah, more pix. We gotta see that power plant.

Factory color, 30T, light blue metallic.

I will get some more interior pics and engine bay. I dont own a camera so getting pics is a little hard when my buddy is not around.

I think I see the actual blood, sweat and tears in every aspect of that build, congrats, beautiful car! No camera? What are you living off the grid? Nice to have such a subtle car to blend in...

Get a GoPro and video/post the heck out of every drive, I'd be glued to it!

no, no camera other then my phone. No Cable in my house and a 9 year old laptop. I am not one for electronics.

Thank you for the kind words, as there was a lot of those in this build.

We're just a couple of bumbling idiots building cars in our garage. what a fun ride it's been so far brother. Now get that car out of 2nd gear!!!

Jim is actively looking for a buyer for his CCW and I am sure he will get the perfect set of retro wheels for this incredible build.

Are you being sarcastic - your build looks nothing like an original Turbo?!?!

Outstanding artistry and huge balls on ye' to create such a uniquely strange (in a good way ) machine.

I wasn't really being to sarcastic. I understand this looks nothing like a stock 930, but it does atleast fall into the Porsche ballpark. If you look at where the car was going,....

RWB Fiberglass kit

A steel long hood, backdate, RSR look was way more "Porsche" then a fiberglassed RWB kit.

I hope the "uniquely strange machine" is a good thing???

I think a new exhaust set up and smaller fuchs will really be the cherry on top of this build...

Understood, Jim . . . just yankin' yer chain (not THAT chain) a little (like Norm) bit!

PS - personally I really liked/preferred what you were doing with the car in the first place, BUTT it's not my car, so that just idle jibber jabber!

Your 930 came out great...good job!! Seems you and Brendon can start a company rivaling a Singer but at a lower cost scale.

Now how's my fiberglass tea tray tail coming along? Would you happen to have any source for a 930 deck lid?
