Video - My (very) amateur K27-7200 install

Hey all!
I bought the K27 left over from Peter's (Pstl_Pete) full engine rebuild at TurboKraft.
I'm afraid these clips aren't anything close to the quality of his and the content is pretty basic for the members here but I thought I'd post them anyways.

My car is an 85' sc with the engine from a 87' 930. Picked it up for a steal after it had been sitting for over decade, still learning as I go. Have some more parts on the way for a new project and to sure things up.
I'm in no means a mechanic or a filmmaker so any critique is appreciated!

Question:
I found boost still comes on fairly late, around 3500rpm, is that normal with the k27 and the exhaust? Headers, intercooler and wastegate are stock.

Thanks!

The car looks good, I think I remember that car for sale in the GTA a couple years ago.

I think boost at 3500 is about where I'm at with my set up.

Good job.
To really make the turbocharger wake up sooner, install headers and a less restrictive intercooler.

Super informative vid for those who have not yet been down this road. And, way to jump right in on the mods.

Yeah great job with the video. For a first time I think you did damn good. Easier to create video content when you don't have to do the work and tape simultaneously.

Great job!
Yes the muffler will lower boost threshold on a K27-7200 ~600rpm, headers another 600.

Get a zork tube and really see it drop the threshold and produce a little bit more power.

It is not really as loud as you would think at idle. in case you have cranky neighbors.

Probably! I live about 25 minute north of Toronto, just up Warden ave. I actually started working at Pfaff yesterday, just there for the summer until I started my research MSc in September

So jealous, that would be a great summer job. Great Job on the install. Not far from you in Hamilton.

I'm sorry, those figures are for the 3LDZ with Euro exhaust system starting point.
The K27-7200 drops about 400rpm off the 3LDZ's miserable 4200RPM at full boost, headers and muffler drop it another 800rpm.
