Why not just put it in the for sale section here? Or better yet, just sell it to me!

Put a stock wing and bumper on, raise it up a little, and a lot more people will be interested.

I know the guy that bought it. Great guy and a good home. It will be used the way it was designed and built to be used. He also has a cobra replica that he built himself, which is amazing.
I don't think he is a member here, but I will see if he wants to join.

Talked with the new owner quite a bit today, you couldn't ask for a better person to take over the 930 :-)

I need people's opinion...
A purchaser buying a car proposes to pay half of the vehicle being sold Then the seller sends the title Then upon receipt of the title...the buyer then sends the second half of the payment. Does this make sense and is it in any way a common place way to do things? I mean, the title is gone and half of the car has been paid for. Fire away! |

Is escrow not an option?

now way, use an escrow option like Pavulon mentioned if something feels shady. Which this does. Why not do everything in person, they have to come get the car anyway, right? Or is his Nigerian based 'export' company he hired picking it up?

Craig, don't release the title until you have all of your money.

When buying or selling, do not under any circumstances relinquish the title or money unless you are 100% happy with the transaction and have the title or certified cheque/cash in hand.
Been there done that, please your self first, you have more to loose Cheers

Car and Title released when funds are deposited and have cleared, or every single dead president is in your hands. Careful.

This question is unbelievable.
No.. hopefully this is just a question to stir up some drama and not reality. |

As a buyer that had to wire transfer money across the US for a car. It's as scary as it gets to be on the other side too. But you have to do your homework and send the money if the seller checks out. If this buyer can't accept that then he doesn't get the car.
