SEATS mods for 5 pt belts

Has any ever had an upholstery shop modify seats by putting a belt slot in the back at shoulder level? How about a sub slot in the bottom of the seat? My seats are Carrera sport seats. I'd like to do thjis instead of changing seats.

Was it a big job? Expensive?
