930 engine with JE 97 mm piston ring?

Hi
I am rebuild 930 engine with JE 97 mm compress ratio 8.5, can I use Goetze (97mm-1.5 X 1.5 X 3.5mm). Need you guys input!

JE makes some pistons that are compatible with Goetze rings but not all. They offer their own product [Pro Seal I believe] that tend to be thinner.
You have to watch ring depth as well a ring width. Diameter is a given.
When in doubt call Jerry @ JE with the piston number. You can generally find it on the wrist pin boss.
