3.2 Oil Hose Question

I am rebuilding a 1987 Carrera 3.2 and am replacing the left and right oil hoses. The right install went well but the left oil hose sent is P/N 930-107-347-12-M20 which will not fit the original oil pipe. I am told that oil pipe P/N 930-107-347-09 will fit. Is this true and is it a good idea to use these parts or try to get the original parts?

Regards,
Bill

The difference was a change about 6 or 7 years ago.
The brass collar, the older items, fit the brass drop pipes
The newer silver collars need silver drop tubes to match.
Just bend the left one, without kinking, to fit..or spend another $30.
