Hello,

I have a few ideas for some simple woodworking tools that I would like to make/sell. Best part is I have a day job, so I'm not worried about putting food on the table or raising capital.

So, what are the steps I need to take to get a business up and running? I'm in MN.
Registering with the State?
Trademarking my business name?
Do I need to hire someone to search names/web domains, etc.?
