No one is pinning the blame on the scrapee. That is not what Bell and I said. Bell and my comments stated if he didn't leave his ass hanging out - he wouldn't have had any
exposure.....and in this particular situation - that is a fact.
Obviously the scraper was at fault but the scrapee didn't help himself either.
I had to bust you on the Florida comment - that's on you, Amail.
