That's what got me into the dealership, but they are selling for $10k - $20k over MSRP. ($56k - $66k) Dealer talked me into taking a GT on a test drive. I was impressed by how well it soaked up bumpy back roads yet went exactly where I wanted it to. The torque also makes it very easy to drive. I was surprised to see that the car weighed in at 3700 lbs, because it felt 500 lbs. lighter.
I opted for a pretty stripped-down version: 6 speed, no navigation, no leather, etc. Only options are a spare tire and Pirelli P-Zeros. I was considering the GT performance package (Brembo brakes, bigger radiator, oil pressure and oil temperature gauges, and a stiffer suspension), but I honestly think the "base" GT has the perfect compromise between performance and daily driving in the suspension setup. I feel like this car can be as aggressive or docile as I want it to be.
