Nobody has ever made straight cut gears for the G96/00 and G96/01 gearboxes. The only company ever to make special ratio gears was Albins and they stopped when they bought their ring and pinion machine.
As I said in the 911 forum it is a very strong gearbox. Like we've seen it against 700-800hp V8 engines strong. It just needs to be freshly rebuilt with good shifting parts and bearings.
And when you do the ring and pinion, get a billet side cover from CMS. Ring gear deflection is what kills these gearboxes in highpower applications.
