No problems for over a year but I changed all 3 at once on both cars. I found if you leave one OEM Porsche window switch in the circuit it fails.

I put the URO ones in my 83 a few years ago, and they're not that great. They worked well for about a year, then one after another they started to fail. I think I'm back to the original ones now, but there might be one URO left in there. For the price of the URO's its not the end of the world to have to replace them all every few years, at least compared to the genuine porsche ones. YMMV of course....
