Commendable.
As usual the statistics used are suspect. Living in Oklahoma I am real sure not one bit of the plastic I throw away manages to wash into the ocean. It goes to a local landfill. The folks that live on the coast are the problem. Their trash may well be dumped in the ocean. That is not an option for MOST of America.
