I had my shoulder ripped a month ago. Why'd you have to get it a second time? PT is getting expensive, but I'll keep it up if it will prevent another procedure.
I tried swimming & PT when the pain started & it just seemed to make it worse. The only thing that helped the pain was the cortisone shot. But my shoulder was already frozen at that point. I wish I would have received the shot at the onset of the pain, it may have let the PT work & prevented the frozen shoulder.
