My buddy and I walked into Rector near SFO a few months ago and the salesman was great. I even told him up front that I was just a looky-loo (and a PCA member and air-cooled owner) but he was very cool about talking about sales, ordering, the cars on-hand, etc. That same buddy walked into Beverly Hills Porsche last summer and got the treatment you got. No cars, no care.
