I took the URO apart and the contacts looked good. This is after about one year.
The photo is for others to see the difference in the design. The URO metal tab has a bend/kink on one side if you noticed.
I did see a little black "arc" deposit that wiped off on one side of the contact.
If you have a passenger that would like to "crack" a window and do not want to repeat why the window switches don't work---this solved my problem.
You must buy three to replace the OEM for the windows to work constantly.
