Thanks for the tips a big help
used a Big screw Driver and out it came . Pressure in a few places as I wiggled the Mirror back and forth . SO the Retaining Pins are Metal not plastic as I expected
1 of them came loose from the Heated Tray and I well use some JB Weld and reattach it
to install
