I amassed quite a collection of switches in the first few years of ownership trying to get three to work together all at once. I put zero effort into "fixing" the URO switches, and just figured it was more URO junk. I finally cleaned up the three OEM switches that seemed to work the most and am using them. That said, maybe I got a junk batch, who knows. I did replace all three at once, more for aesthetics though. The difference in the look of the switches bothered me.

Even now, if the car sits for a awhile, sometimes I have to cycle the passenger window from the driver's side, for the passenger side switch to work.

Like I said though, for the price you really can't beat them, even if they don't last more than a few years.
