Good to hear that the seats are working!

I thought that the two issues might have been mutually inclusive.

Now we can now chase down the last issue.

1. There are two A/C associated relays in your car.

One is the relay located in the "smuggler's" box
which I call the evaporator relay.

It's the one with the yellow wire on the CKT diagram.

And, the relay located on the fuse panel in the "frunk"
which I call the front condenser relay.

The condenser relay is the one on the left side on the CKT.
And, the evaporator relay in the one on the right side adjacent to
the condenser relay with the yellow (GE) wire.

As I understand your issue, there is 12v on the evaporator relay pin #30
until you plug the relay into the socket. Right?

Let's start from there.
