Looking at the responses I don't think you have anything to complain about. Rental next door? This is what happened to our fence. The third set of tenants behind us see fit to back into our fence and push the poles and fence inward. As I go about fixing it my wife goes to the tenants' front door and tells them what happened. I phone the landlord to complain about the third set of tenants deforming our chain link fence.
The defence of the latest set of tenants is that there is not enough room to turn around.
My wife suggests that they back in to their parking pad...
