I would replace it.
On my El Camino after driving it for 25 years and over 300,000 miles I have replaced many batteries. I always buy the best battery with the longest warranty. On at least two occasions I have driven to a location with no issues and 10 minutes later when I was ready to go the battery was so dead the radio would not come on and even with a jump start it would not start. It was an internal short and just dead.
I was just lucky in that it was the middle of a work day so I could call a friend to come get me. I just pull the battery and go get another one and drop it in and all is well for a while.
I looked at the battery in the 911 last month. It was a 84 month battery and it was 83 months old. It got replaced now, before a long road trip.
I have been lucky enough to have several battery problems and been at home in my own garage. It is handy to just jump in one of the other cars and get it replaced.
