Over the weekend I finally got a chance to harvest and partially process the fruit from a mature triple trunk Ptychosperma elegans that I planted for a project years ago just down the street. The owner knew I'd be interesting in obtaining seed it......one of my favourite palm species.
Some of the seed I will keep but most I will donate to the local seed bank.
